Friday, December 7, 2012, the Wooden Horse Arts Guild celebrated the ARTISAN CHRISTMAS SALE. Thanks to our hostess, Gloria Willis, (WHAG archivist and Board member), who opened her home to celebrate our first event of this kind. Here are a few images from this event. Gloria’s wonderful LOG Home was a perfect venue for the presentation of the artists and craftsmen of the Wooden Horse Arts Guild.

At the very top of Vermont, in the Village of North Troy, the Wooden Horse Arts Guild presented the VILLAGE ART SHOW in conjunction with the VERMONT CRAFTS COUNCIL FALL OPEN STUDIO WEEKEND. The Guild brought back its popular show of fine art and fine crafts. Four of the artists were on hand to demonstrate their work and we saw much new art! This was a slightly damp but very fun weekend with the Wooden Horse Arts Guild. The arts and crafts Chinese auction benefitted the Wooden Horse Arts Guild Camilla Mead Arts Education Fund. The Guild, along with the Rand Memorial Library were pleased that Elaine Magalis, writer, could be present. Elaine happily signed her new book, “The Body in the Butter Churn”.

And the winner is Bob Pasho!
